About Yeast Extract
A natural savoury extract with no added salt, but with added vitamin B12.
Yeast extract is one of the most complete foods available to man; in particular it is one of the richest natural sources of vitamin B12. Delicious when spread thinly on toast, or try in combination with peanut butter or cheese. Dilute with hot water for a savoury drink and use as a tasty stock for stews and sauces.
