About Hard Cheese

This medium fat hard cheese, is made from unpasteurised milk, but unlike other Italian Parmesans it is suitable for Vegetarians. It is a great source of zinc, calcium and protein and stores for five months from opening. So don't just grate it over your pasta, proudly display it on your cheeseboard!

This is a Chilled product, and needs to be stored between 2-8 ° Celsius.
