About Organic Baby Spelt Porridge

Spelt grain is an ancient species of modern wheat and is increasing as an alternative to modern wheat flour in products. It is naturally high in carbohydrates and low in fat. It is also a good source of protein which makes it ideal as a baby porridge. Start feeding porridges from about 4-6 months according to your baby's stage of development and individual needs. Do not give to babies under 4 months as a substitute for breast milk.
