Red wine and wild mushroom sauce. A popular sauce for vegetarians and non vegetarians alike.
Taste the woods, valley and mountains of Tuscany with this rich red wine and porcini sauce that is great, both as a pasta sauce, or in a home-made cacciatora (the Tuscan hunter?s stew).
Thick and rich in taste, with more than 1kg of tomatoes in every jar, we recommend you dilute with between half to a full jar of additional water.
