Ingredients

2 bananas
1 avocado
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp maca powder
1tsp lucuma powder
450ml milk alternative (oat or almond work best)
a pinch of cinnamon

Method

Simply blend all the ingredients for a delicious and nutritious 'super' shake.
