Ordering from Real Foods is a life saver! Great products that are hard to source elsewhere, and good prices too. They always let me know if something is out of stock, and give an option of waiting, or sending the order without it. I've even been able to email them after placing an order to add items. Quick responses. Delivery is quick and packaged well too. Have ordered 4 times now with no issues.

The communication is really great
I ordered some organic coconuts from Real Foods, it was my first time ordering from them. The communication is really great - they have notified me of the slight delay in delivery. But, to be fair, the delay was only a couple of days. I would not even call it a delay :) Anyway, the coconuts were really great and fresh, with lots of coconut water. The packaging was good as well, with paper filling inside rather than plastic bubble wrap!

Just received our first online delivery from Real Foods, we were kept informed by email and all items were delivered very quickly. No plastic at all used in packing which was fantastic. Could not recommended Real Foods online delivery service more highly -Thank you all very much
