Massive thank you to all the staff working their socks off in these crazy times. We were new customers at the start of lockdown, looking for healthier, more ethical alternatives to supermarkets, as well as home delivery. Despite the inevitable delivery delays presented due to the pandemic, Real Foods have consistently kept us up to date on these delays. We’re really happy with the service and products, which have proved to be invaluable in these current times, and we’ll be continuing to support this relatively small business going forward. Thanks for all you do, providing a much-needed, more sustainable/healthy/ethical alternative to supermarket shopping.

The communication is really great
I ordered some organic coconuts from Real Foods, it was my first time ordering from them. The communication is really great - they have notified me of the slight delay in delivery. But, to be fair, the delay was only a couple of days. I would not even call it a delay :) Anyway, the coconuts were really great and fresh, with lots of coconut water. The packaging was good as well, with paper filling inside rather than plastic bubble wrap!
