For the sauce:
3 tbsp mayonnaise	Awaiting stock	More products
4 tbsp fromage frais
1 tsp vegetable worcestershire sauce		More products
1 tbsp tomato puree		More products

1 pink grapefruit		More products

Method

Thread the prepared grapefruit, courgette, mushrooms and tomatoes on to skewers and lightly brush with oil.
Place under a grill and cook under a medium heat for 8 mins, turning frequently.
Mix together in a bowl the fromage frais, mayo,Worcestershire sauce, tomato puree, garlic and juice from half the grapefuit.
Season to taste.
Segment the remaining half grapefruit, roughly chop it and add to the sauce.
Serve the kebabs accompanied by the sauce...and on a bed of rice if making a main course.
