Ingredients: 1 punnet fresh strawberries, washed and halved lenghtwise; 1 ripe avocado, flesh cubed; about 10g dried dulse flakes OR; about 10g dried nori flakes OR; about 5g dried sea lettuce, rehydrated in room temperature water for at least 10 minutes; alternatively, you can use rehydrated dried seaweed; 1 lettuce of your choice, washed and roughly shredded; Miso mustard Dressing :; 1 tsp sweet miso; 1 tsp wholegrain mustard; 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil; 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar; 2 Tbsp filtered water; freshly ground black peppercorn OR; freshly ground pink peppercorn
