Peach salsa

This fresh salsa is very simple to make. Just remember to leave enough time for flavours to develop before serving. Wheat, gluten free. Vegan.

You will need

4 spring onions, finely chopped

50g yellow pepper deseeded and chopped More products
the juice of 1/2 a lime

1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander

freshly ground black pepper More products
a few drops of tabasco sauce, check the ingredients

Method

  • Peel the peaches, remove the stone and finely dice the flesh.
  • Place in a mixing bowl together with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Set aside for at least 1 hour to allow the flavours to develop.
