Method

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz.
  • Place a nut milk bag or a sheet of muslin over the top of a large jug and pour the mixture in.
  • Squeeze the juice out of the remaining bits in the muslin.
  • Drink immediately to get all the nutrients and goodness possible.
