Summary: Use lovely ripe fruit for this recipe.
Ingredients
300ml milk,( rice,soya or follow-on milks may be substituted), OR the juice of two freshly squeezed oranges.
Half a glass of crushed ice-cubes
For pear shake: add 2 cored and chopped pears
For banana shake: add a sliced banana
For berry shake: add 1 handful strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or combination.
For peach shake: add 1 stoned and chopped ripe peach.

Cooking Instructions
Put the milk or orange juice and crushd ice-cubes in a blender.
Add the fruit of your choice. Blend the mixture at high speed until smooth, thick and bubbly. Pour into glasses and serve immediately with straws!!
