Ingredients: 1 can white beans drained and rinsed; 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese; 3/4 cup plain yoghurt; 1 tbsp lemon juice; 1 tsp garlic salt; 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper; 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill; 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley; 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint; 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

High in calcium, protein and fibre. Serve with carrot batons,red pepper strips, broccoli and cauliflower florets.

Method

Put beans, feta, lemon juice, garlic salt and pepper in a food processor and puree until smooth
Add the herbs and puree until incorporated.
Chill until ready to serve.
