You will need

Method

Sieve the flour into a large bowl and make a well in the middle.
Add the eggs and slowly pour in the milk, stirring continuously.
Add the oil and whisk until the mixture is completely smooth.
Cut the bananas on the diagonal into thick slices.
Grease the inside of a frying pan with a small amount of oil.
Once the pan is hot, pour in approx 3 tbsps of the mixture, then top with a few slices of banana.
Once tiny bubbles appear in the batter, flip the pancake over.
Keep warm while you make the other pancakes.
If using, drizzle with maple syrup or honey or top with fruit puree.
Serve.
