1 large banana
1 small pot low fat natural yoghurt
2 tsps honey
500ml milk
2 tbsps porridge oats
5 tbsps apple juice, unsweetened
1. Soak the porridge oats for 1 hr in the apple juice.
2. Roughly chop the banana.
3. Place all the ingredients, including the porridge oats in a blender or use a hand blender and blend thoroughly. Can add more milk if required.
4. Pour into two glasses and serve.
