Summary: A delicious way for children to get part of their 5 a day!!
Ingredients
1 pear cored and roughly chopped
1 apple cored and roughly chopped
segments from 1 small orange halfed
1 nectarine or peach, stoned and roughly chopped
1 banana sliced
2 tbsp unsweetened orange or grapefruit juice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.

Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 deg cel or gas4.
Place all fruit in a shallow ovenproof dish. Add the orange or grapefruit juice and toss to coat the fruit. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven , stirring occasionally, until fruit is soft about 20mins. Remove the foil and crisp the surface of the fruit by baking for a furher 15mins.
Serve with natural yoghurt.
