About Cocoa Powder
This wonderful cocoa powder has a typical cocoa taste and a medium dark brown colour. With no sugar added, this mouth-watering, chocolate powder is ideal for making truffles, mousse or hot chocolate.
The fat reduced powder obtained by mechanical pressing of alkalised cocoa liquor and milling of the remaining press cake.
