About Green Lentils
Green lentils are the earthiest of all lentil varieties. They have a slightly nutty flavour and a firm, meaty texture. They remain quite firm after cooking, making them an excellent choice for salads.
Beans and pulses are naturally low in fat, high in fibre and rich in protein.
