About Aduki Beans
Aduki beans, a small red bean with a sweet and nutty flavour.
Add cooked beans to soups, stews and rice dishes. When simmered with rice, it gives the rice a nice purple colour.
Soak overnight, bring to the boil in fresh water and simmer for approx 1 hour or alternatively pressure cook for 15 minutes.
