About Cornflour No Gluten Containing Ingredients

The classic thickening ingredient - milled from maize grain from which the outer hull and germ have been removed.

Mix into a little cold water, stir and then add gradually to the gravy, soup or stew. It will need to cook for a few minutes to thicken the food.

Not bad for a cake ingredient … And finally, please feel free to substitute the gluten-free flour for the flour of your choice. Spelt flour, for example, makes a more dense and nutty cake.
