Organic Dark Chocolate 70% FairTrade, ingredients: Cocoa mass, Raw cane sugar, Cocoa butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Vanilla extract, Whole milk powder.
Green & Black's make milk chocolate on the same production line as their dark chocolate, this is why whole milk powder is now in their ingredients list as there is the possibility of cross contamination. The recipe for the chocolate has not changed, it is simply unsuitable for vegans and those with milk allergies.
About Organic Dark Chocolate 70% FairTrade,
Cocoa solids are a combination of cocoa mass and cocoa butter. The latter is there to coat each individual cocoa and sugar particle, allowing the chocolate to melt beautifully and cleanly in the mouth, revealing intense, bittersweet chocolate aromas.
An intense, bittersweet dark chocolate that melts in the mouth and has that unmistakable Green and Black's flavour. Not for the faint of heart!
