Mrs Crimble's Stem Ginger Cake: This cake is naturally low in fat and contains an abundance of real Stem Ginger pieces to give it a strong ginger taste. This cake can be enjoyed on it own but it is really nice with the addition of real clotted cream or custard. Whilst this cake is wheat-free it is not Gluten Free as it is made with Rye Flour which, whilst very low in Gluten when compared to normal wheat flour, is above the levels recommended by the Coeliacs society.
