When he started out, the range consisted of a very modest five products: soy sauce, chilli sauce, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. A few years later this was followed up with dried egg noodles, three-minute noodles and a range of stir fry sachets. Since then, Blue Dragon has gone truly pan-Asian.
