Follow recipe instructions and add cautiously. Langdale recommend 1 tea spoon per kilo. The quantity of flavouring is a matter of personal choice. Add to whipped cream for rosewater cream and serve with jam and scones or fresh fruit, or try it as a lovely cake filling. Poach pears in it or use with date and almonds for a filling rice dish. It also works with glycerine as a lovely hand cream (use equal parts), as a gargle or for soothing tired eyes.
