About Organic Rice Red Camargue
Biona's red Camargue rice is grown in the wet southern French regions of Camargue. This red rice adds colour and a deliciously nutty taste to rice dishes. Too cook:1 Part Red Camargue Rice to 2 parts water.
Bring the water to the boil in a covered saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer until water is absorbed. Approx 35mins. Fluff the rice with a fork.
