Summary: Have you ever tried your hand at making your own (raw) chocolate ? It is actually surprisingly easy to do. I share with you here a fool-proof recipe : start with roughly equal quantities of raw cacao butter and raw cacao powder, the sweetener of your choice. And when it comes to extras, nuts and seeds, dried fruits, edible flowers, food grade essential oils and food essences are all equally wonderful. If you choose like myself not to sweeten the chocolate in this recipe, worry not, the dried fruits provide ample sweetness.

Summary: Be warned, this shake is very rich and creamy - So much so that you won't want to share it! For an even thicker alternative, try using a frozen banana. The banana will make the milkshake nicely sweet, only add dates if you desire extra sweetness.

Moira Hunt I love to eat these brazilnuts as a midmorning snack. As they are whole they give you something to get your teeth into. Doing myself good by getting a serving of zinc and magnesium as well is like having 'jam on it'.
