About Organic Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Emile Noel's Organic, Extra Virgin, Fruity Olive Oil is a cold pressed oil made from a variety of olives including the Picuda variety, which gives the oil a particularly rich fruitiness. Being a raw, unprocessed oil, it can set like a gel, even at a low room temperature, but it is easily warmed and returned to its flowing state. A full bodied, highly flavoured oil that has been extracted delicately to preserve the nature of the fruit. It is particularly recommended for Mediterranean dressings. It is naturally rich in Omega 9 (75%) and Vitamin E (20mg/100g). The oil is great used cold, but can also be used in cooking with a smoke point of 210 ° centigrade making it suitable for all cooking in the kitchen.
