About Organic Flaxseed Brown Linseed

The all natural oil of the flaxseed plant is cultivated for its oil rich seeds, packed with omega 3, it is also known as Linseed and it is highly recommended for general well being and nutrition. Flaxseeds have a nutty flavour and are excellent sprinkled on salads, cereals, and yoghurt. Try Stirring 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed into your favourite fruit, vegetable juice, or milk.

Scott Murray I throw linseed in EVERYTHING - they're brilliant for you and taste pretty good, I chuck them in salads and sandwiches, through my morning porridge and occasionally in yoghurt or smoothies -  it's really good for your skin all those omegas.
