About Organic Special Sprouting Alfalfa Seed
Alfalfa seeds are one of the most popular sprouting seeds. They are the richest and most nutritious sprouts. They contain a complete range of vitamins and minerals as well as a high quantity of protein (35%). The also contain all the essential amino acids and eight enzymes essential for digestion.
Soak a suitable amount of seeds in water overnight. The next day spread them on the sprouting trays, during the sprouting process they will increase by at least 4 times in volume, so space them well!. Keep at room temperature and in good lighting conditions. Rinse the seeds 2-3 times daily until they are completely germinated, which occurs in 4-6 days. They are immediately ready for consumption or can be kept refrigerated for 1-2 weeks.
