Roger Childs These have an excellent flavour and have good handling properties. They do not break up during machine mixing but also retain their shape and flavour once baked.
Tilly White These are a great snack for keeping my toddler occupied for more than just a few seconds. It takes him quite a time to pick one up and eat it, then he goes back for the next one. I put them in an egg cup to make it even more challenging.
