About Organic Sprouted Spelt Spirulina Tagliatelle Pasta
Profusion Organic Sprouted Spelt Spirulina Tagliatelle made from 50% sprouted spelt flour. Spelt is higher in protein and easier to digest than conventional wheat. This pasta also contains spirulina, a natural algae rich in beta-carotene and protein. The sprouted process of the spelt means it has a higher content of vitamins E, C, B, amino acids and trace minerals.
Cooking instructions: Place the pasta in boiling water (about 1 litre of water per 100g of pasta) and cook for 9-10 minutes. Drain and serve with your favourite pasta toppings and sauce.
