About Organic Sprouted Spelt Fusilli Pasta
Profusion Organic Sprouted Spelt Fusilli is made from 50% sprouted spelt flour. Spelt is higher in protein and easier to digest than conventional wheat. The sprouted process means that the spelt has a higher content of vitamins E, C, B amino acids and trace minerals.
Cooking instructions: Place pasta in boiling water (about 1 litre of water per 100g pasta) for 9-10 minutes. Drain and serve with your favourite pasta toppings and sauce.
