Cauliflower, with Tomato, Olives, Garlic and Oregano, this flavoured Cauli Rice contains 67% less calories than white rice.
Made from antioxidant rich, low-carb cauliflower, Cauli Rice is vegan, gluten-free, preservative-free and stays fresh in the larder for up to 12 months. Instructions - MICROWAVE Tear open top of pouch and stand upright in the microwave. Cook for the time shown. Serve with care, contents may be hot. 2½ mins at 900 W 3 mins at 750
DRY-FRY - Empty contents of pouch into a preheated frying pan. Add 1 tablespoon of water and cook for time shown or until tender. Stir regularly to ensure even cooking. Serve immediately. 6 minutes or until tender
Store pouch in a cool, dry place. Once opened, cook and consume immediately. Do Not Reheat.
