Raw Living Whole hemp seeds are high in fibre, and are a great vegetarian source of bioavailable protein and healthy fats.
Try making hemp milk with them - simply soak 2-4 tbsp seeds, blend up with a litre of water and strain. This makes a very tasty, very economical dairy-free alternative to cow's milk. You can also grow greens with them - plant the seeds in some potting soil and after a week you will have delicious edible indoor greens to add to your salads.
Soak first for digestibility. Add to salads, crackers, burgers, dips and anything you think needs some extra crunch.
