Beautifully smoked in our local traditional Hebridean smokehouse, using peat cut and dried on the surrounding moors.

Peacefully nestled on the banks of the remote and stunning Loch Erisort, out in the wilds of the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, we couldn't ask for a better home for Scotland's only sea salt company.
