Suitable for coeliacs, Sanchi reduced salt tamari soy sauce is made with one third less salt than regular tamari and is recommended for anyone who wishes to reduce their salt intake without compromising on the unique, robust flavour of traditionally-brewed tamari. This is a gluten-free product - Tamari say "There is no barley or other grains present in our normal Tamari. However, our Low Salt Tamari sauce is processed with roasted barley flour as a processing aid, as a result there's none present in the finished product."
