Toasted: Bake it and grind it to use as seasoning or dip it into batter and fry it to eat as a snack.
Boiled: When boiled, Sea Spaghetti can accompany your fish and meat dishes. You can use it as well to prepare croquettes, soups, scrambled eggs, sautéed vegetables, canapés, rice and pasta dishes, etc.
Soaking Time: Soak in water for 10 minutes with a pinch of salt. After soaking, Sea Spaghetti will expand to four times its dried weight.
Cooking Time: Boil for 15 minutes.
