About Organic Bee Pollen
Known as nature's energy booster, it is an excellent nutritional supplement for enhancing immunity and increasing stamina. Organic bee pollen granules contains up to 35% complete protein, as well as 22 amino acids, a rich store of B-vitamins, mineral salts, trace elements and several enzymes. Many athletes use bee pollen to increase energy levels and enhance endurance and resistance.
The Bee pollen granules are gathered within the National Biosphere reserve of the Danube delta in Romania. The Danube delta is home to more than 5,500 species of flora and fauna. The delta covers over 580,000 hectares and is made up of a complex system of channels, lakes, sandbanks and forests; it was designated a 'World Heritage Site' by UNESCO in 1990. The delta is a pristine, pollution free environment, which is essential for the quality of the bee pollen.
The bee hives, generally speaking, have around 100 bee colonies, it is very rare to see beekeepers with 200 bee colonies. This leads to the fact that the bee pollen is harvested from a large area and to the fact that there is a big floral multitude found in the pollen's composition.
The collecting area is within the Carpathians, in the region well-known as Transylvania.
