Microwave - serves 1
Mix 1/2 cup (50g) of Big Oz Porridge Flakes with approx 1-1 1/4 cups (250- 300ml) of milk or water. Add a pinch of salt or sweetener if desired. Do not cover. Microwave on full power for 1 minute. Stir and repeat. Cooking times may vary according to microwave wattage.

Pour 1/2 cup of Big Oz Porridge Flakes into a saucepan. Stir in approx 1- 1 1/4 cups (250-300) of milk or water. Add a pinch of salt or sweetener if desired. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
