Organic Braeburn Apple from Real Foods. Braeburns are a strain that originate from New Zealand and are believed to be a cross between Granny Smith and Lady Hamilton. They have a red/orange streaked appearance with a yellow/green background and provide a unique sweet and tart burst of flavour. Braeburns account for 40% of all apple production in New Zealand. It is believed that the depth of flavour they provide accounts for their long popularity.
