About Organic Cornstarch Vegan, yeast free,

To thicken gravies, sauces, stews and soups. Use 1 tbsp Cornstarch in place of 2 tbsp flour. For hot liquids: combine Cornstarch with cold water, and add to hot mixture. Stir until thickened. 1 tbsp thickens about 1 cup of liquid.

Sophie Scott Hard to know what you can say about cornstarch - it does the job it should, and some of the recipes on the site that use it are fab.
