One of the favourite specialties of the Mediterranean Diet is Vine Leaves stuffed with Rice. It is produced with carefully selected, tender vine leaves collected in springtime, rice of special quality and other ingredients following Zanae's traditional recipe. It can be served warm (microwave contents for about 2 min at 400W) or at room temperature. It can be garnished with slices of lemon and / or yoghurt. It also makes an excellent combination with dry white wine or "ouzo".
