About Organic Hebridean Oatcakes 5x5cm no added sugar, wheat free,

A favourite with many of the Real Foods staff and customers, these wheat-free, organic oatcakes are made in Benbecula by the MacLean Hebridean Bakery. Tasty with pretty much every topping you can think of! With no added sugar or other unwelcome surprises. Yum!

They're also VERY delicate, so unless you like your oatcakes crumbled, you're better off picking these up in store. We cannot issue refunds if this product arrives broken.

A friend and I have been trying to find a replacement for another equally delicious oatcake which is now not being produced. She shared her recent delivery with me and I was not disappointed. These are the real thing. Authentic and substantial . Not overpriced for a quality product. Completely delicious and taking me straight back to the clean waters and open skies of Benbecula I knew from camping days of my youth. Two before bed with butter and honey 😋

Quite amazing oatcakes. I have 2 for lunch every day.  Simply the very best I have ever tasted.  I have also converted my brother but that was a no brainer - easy.

These, which I discovered while on holiday, are absolutely splendid, proper "dry" ones with no rubbish in the ingredients, and are actually the reason that I started using Real Foods.  I couldn't find anywhere (real shop or online) in England that sells them, looked at what else was on offer and concluded that it wouldn't be hard to make up a worthwhile order so decided to give it a go.
Whether I've been lucky or whether it's because I order a whole case at a time so there are no loose packets rattling about I don't know, but I'm glad to say that the two orders I've placed so far have both negotiated the five hundred miles from Benbcula to my home via Edinburgh without one single breakage.

They're very small oatcakes - about 2" across. It's hard to tell from the picture.

These oatcakes are a bit thicker than my usual brand but I have enjoyed them so much my usual brand might be about to change.

My favourite oat cakes : super tasty oatcakes, no wheat, no sugar ! Just OATS, olive oil and salt.
