It all began with a passion for fresh organic produce at a time when there was a growing consciousness of the nutritional and environmental impact of pesticides. Starting life as a small organic produce stall on a south London market, Real Foods went on to import and sell macrobiotic foods that were not then available in the UK, before opening our first Edinburgh store in 1975. Now with an online store delivering worldwide, shopping for real food has never been easier.
With a strong focus on healthy and ethical shopping, we've always believed in the benefits of fresh and organic produce. Beginning with selling natural, unprocessed wholefoods straight from the sack, to this day we continue to offer organic products from the sack and now we also pack them for you. Our vibrant, unique and wide range of fresh organic fruit and vegetables is available in store and throughout the UK from our webshop.
