With the month of April usually comes rain, daffodils, and here at Real Foods, jam!
In order to brighten up everyone’s Spring a bit, this month’s Meet the Producer spotlight is turned to local Edinburgh social enterprise, Tiphereth and their ‘In a Jar’ line of organic jams and marmalades.
Tiphereth, located in the Camphill area in the south of Edinburgh, sell sustainable firewood and sustainable compost - in addition to their delicious organic jams. We had to love them all the more once we found out that they also focus on employing people with special needs - creating a nurturing and self-sustaining cycle of complete community empowerment that Real Foods is proud to support and take part in.
Tiphereth will be in the Real Foods shops on 11th April and 25th April (Broughton St. and Tollcross respectively) giving out samples and selling their three types of jam and their Seville Orange marmalade. Find the full range here on our webshop.
