The evening was the first of it's kind that we have done at Broughton Street and was a huge success. Tracy led a tour of over 40 people through the shop, giving easy to follow health advice. The attentive audience learnt about the best teas to drink to settle the stomach, the best breakfast to keep you full all morning - our jumbo oats! - and the beneficial powers of sprouts, to mention a few. Everyone who attended went away with a goodie bag and £5 off their shopping on the night, as well as easy, healthy recipes provided by Tracy herself.

A special thank you to Rachel from Solgar who came along in person to give supplement advice and hand out her handmade protein balls, which were delicious! All the contributions were devoured with gusto, with some people even asking for recipes.
